The houses are organised in three levels and are located in the upper area of Stivari-Batsi, a few minutes from the centre of the coastal village of Batsi in Andros. They have southwest orientation overlooking the Aegean Sea and the gulf of Batsi.The carrier body of construction is reinforced concrete, while the walls are built of stone (Karystos), insulation and brick (internal). Stone from Karystos is fitted in irregular form on the floor, both outside and inside.

The first house (B1) is 103.60 m² with 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, 1 W.C., 1 kitchen, a living room and an open space on the first level for any use.

At the second level there are the living room, the kitchen and the W.C.

At the first level there are the bedroom, the bathroom and an open space for the kitchen and the living room. At the same level there is also a garage.
At the second level there are the W.C., the kitchen and the living room and at the third level there is the master bedroom with its own bathroom.
This building can be used either as two separate houses (first level & second/third level) or with a slight modification of the first level as a three-level house with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 1 W.C., 1 kitchen, the living room, 1 storage room and the garage.
